I've had the pleasure of knowing KJ for a number of years. After being a guest at a number of her wonderful feasts I and many of her friends encouraged her to pursue a business that would showcase her cooking talent. The food she prepares for What's for Dinner is delicious and made with loving care. I have seen first hand while working on catering jobs with her, the delight and satisfaction of guests that marvel over her wonderful recipes. There's nothing on her menu I would not recommend.—Carol Guinta
I enjoy riding my snowmobile and using my trailer to winter camp. I prefer to prepare my meals using the oven as much as possible. I find there is less clean up and the the additional comfort of heat is a side benefit with the oven on. To that end, I investigated KJ's offerings and was overwhelmed with the quality, quantity and excuisite taste of all the items I've purchased. The breakfast casserole was superb and so easy (pop it in the ooven and in 25 minutes your feasting) The stuffed chicken breast makes a great meal with some rice and salad. We served up the chili relleno's for a quick, filling and oh so yummy snack. The breakfsat burritos are a must. One and a half of those boys and you're off for the day. So in summary, I'm headed back for more of the same and a bunch of new stuff. Can't wait!—Mark Coakly

Incredible food and incredible service. I give it 2 forks up!—Doug Franzen
What’s for dinner is a question my family asks on a daily basis. For years, KJ has been perfecting and sharing her delicious culinary talents with our family and many others. Our busy lifestyle and hectic schedule is not unlike dozens of other heavily committed families with little extra time to prepare a delicious homemade meal. So, there is usually a family culinary favorite of savory Salisbury Steak, comforting and tasty Chicken Stuffing Bake, or mouthwatering Marinated Flank Steak, created and prepared by KJ, in my freezer for those evenings when my family needs a “special” meal and asks, What’s for dinner?—Debbie Jones
I have had the opportunity to partake in feasting on a large selection of KJ's menu items. I honestly must say that every item has been excellent in both taste and texture. I would highly recommend the brisket and the hearty macaroni and cheese side dish to anyone. A matter of fact, I like KJ's cuisine so much that I am having her cater my daughters upcoming wedding.—John J. Lewis
BRISKET, BRISKET, BRISKET! I consider myself a brisket aficionado and KJ's smoked brisket is the best I have ever had. My other favorite is her macaroni and cheese. This puts the Kraft macaroni and cheese and any local resturants to shame. You must order this combo.—Rob Wheeles
KJ's food is the best! I especially love her Mexican dishes, brisket, homemade macaroni & cheese, homemade soups, etc. The list just goes on & on. I would choose her cooking over any restaurant in Colorado Springs.—Donna Moss
I have been a neighbor and good friend of KJ's for 18 years. In this length of time I have had numerous meals and cook outs at her house with the good food that she loves to prepare and share with her friends. I would recommend that her love of cooking be shared by all who loves to eat. She does some fantastic cooking on the grill.—Mary Violett
I have enjoyed KJ’s food many times and the meals have been great. I particularly like the smoked brisket and baked beans. Some of the best I have ever tasted. The pulled pork and flank steak are two other main dishes that are very excellent, as well. Thank you so much for all the delicious food, KJ.—Chris Snyder
